Hufaaz is a Quran revision companion app.
Information We Collect
- Email address and name (for account creation via Firebase Authentication)
- Microphone audio (processed in real-time for Quran recitation feedback, never stored or transmitted)
How We Use Your Information
- To provide real-time recitation feedback using speech recognition
- To manage your account and subscription
- To save your revision progress locally on your device
Data Storage
- Your revision progress, reminders, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Hive database
- Account and subscription data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud)
- Audio from microphone is processed locally and is never recorded, stored, or sent to any server
Third-Party Services
- Firebase Authentication (account management)
- Firebase Firestore (subscription data)
- Google Play Billing (subscription payments)
- Speech-to-Text (on-device processing)
Data Deletion
- You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings > Delete Account)
