By using Hufaaz, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Hufaaz is a Quran revision companion app that provides real-time recitation feedback using speech recognition technology. It is a learning aid and not a replacement for a qualified Quran teacher.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app

3. Subscriptions

• Free plan: Access to Juz 1 with Shuraim reciter
• Pro plan: Access to all 30 Juz and premium reciters
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the app only for personal Quran revision purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app
• Do not share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

• Quran text is in the public domain
• Audio recitations are sourced from licensed providers
• App design, code, and features are owned by the developer

6. Disclaimer

• Recitation feedback is AI-assisted and may not be 100% accurate
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• The app requires an internet connection for certain features

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
